The Manchester boys' team won six events and placed second in five others to capture first place in the Manchester Metric Invitational Saturday. Meanwhile, the girls' team placed third overall after winning one event and recorded five second-place finishes.

The Flying Dutchmen won the boys' meet with a team score of 117. Blissfield scored 76 to finish second and beat out third-place Onsted, which had 75. Adrian Madison was fourth with 62, while Brooklyn Columbia Central (47) and Michigan Center (24) placed fifth and sixth respectively.
