For those who haven't seen the large banner on West Main Street in the past week, the Manchester Men's Club is bringing back one of its most popular events for a 10th straight year.

The Chili Cook-Off will take place from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Feb. 17 at the American Legion Hall in Manchester.
As in the past, highlights of the event include raffles, a 50/50 drawing and a euchre tournament with a $5 buy-in.
The chili contest is an important source of revenue for the Men's Club and has grown in reputation every year.
"Last year about 500 people came though," said cook-off organizer Toby Riley.
Cash prizes for the cook-off will be awarded for first, second and third places.
Applications from chili chefs may be picked up and turned in at Keith's Barber Shop, Manchester Pharmacy or Steelegrafix.
If all that chili doesn't get you dancing, then maybe the live music from Split Decision will do the trick.
A dance follows the cook-off at 8 p.m. and there will be a $3 cover charge for anyone 21 and older.
Riley said the public has been able to sample the chili for free in the past, but a $1 cover charge is new this year to those 21 and older.
"This will allow them to stay for the dance if they choose," Riley said.
The event is still free to those younger than 21, he added.
